Doctor of Medicine and Master in Business Administration. Dr. Felicia graduated from Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health. She is a graduate of Pulmonary Medicine from The Medical City Ortigas, wherein she served as chief fellow. She obtained her Cardiopulmonary Exercise Training and Interpretation Certification in University of California Los Angeles. Her research interests include post COVID pulmonary functions and Tuberculosis.
